Refund & Return Policy — DigiBazaarX

We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, here's how we handle it:

Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

Eligible for Return:

  • Items received damaged or defective
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Item significantly different from description

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items in the Jewellery & Accessories category (final sale)
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items showing signs of use or wear
  • Change of mind purchases

How to Request: Email us at support@digibazaar.in with your order number and photos of the issue. For damaged/defective items, photo evidence is required in lieu of a physical return for most cases.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Method: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. We may offer store credit as an alternative.

International Orders: Duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable. For low-value items, we may issue a refund without requiring a physical return.

Note: As a dropshipping store, products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Refund timelines may depend on supplier verification.
